Ileana looked down at her disappearing hands. "What's going on? Why am I disappearing?" She slowly faded away.

Sandine let out a sigh of relief. "That puts an end to that..." she mumbled. A nagging voice kept prying at the inside of her mind though. Who was Ileana and why did she show up in the first place?
(lol sorry for kicking you out Allu. We need to find a way to re-add her)

Dodend moved, gently placing his hand on Sandine's back to help support her, "Good to see you up.", he smiled lightly, "And I assure you I would have disposed of it on your behalf had I no use for it my dear.", now concern crossed his features, "Can I do anything for you?"

She shook her head slowly. "Not really... I feel as if I'm swimming within my own skin. My mind's a bit um..." She paused as she searched for the right word. She settled for a gesture instead, making it look like a spiraling swirl. "Right now. I mean I met a girl in my head I was talking to. As insane as it sounds I get the odd feeling I didn't just dream her up."

"Really?", Dodend raised an eyebrow, "Wasn't one of my daughters was it?", he pulled a flask from by his hip and offered it to Sandine. It contained water rather than anything else. Was the easiest thing to find up north, just melt the ice and there was plenty of that where he'd been the past while. If anyone were to sniff him they'd probably smell the cold of the wastes off of him.

Sandine drank slowly and appreciatively. Even though she'd left behind her heritage she still had a very graceful, elven way about doing things even something so simple as raising a flask to her lips. When she was done she handed it back and shook her head. "No... that's why I'm so confused. It was some girl named Ileana." She paused and frowned. "An elf."

He slipped the flask back onto his belt. "Old relative maybe? I've heard of all kinds of strange things being done by elves.", there was light scratching as the small Twilighter from earlier landed on the window ledge and climbed along the wall to Dodend, delivering a response to his message.

"I think I'd at least recognize any old relatives still. It hasn't been that long by elven standards since I left," Sandine sighed. "If she was a relative, she would have had to be one I'd never seen when I was home."

"That might be it. Any elves leave that were related to you? Maybe got thrown out?", he sat stroking the top of the Twilighter's head as it sat on his lap watching the window.

"Not that I can remember. It was very unusual for us to want to leave home... even more-so for anyone to be banished. Those who did leave or were kicked out were normally male not female like Ileana." Sandine replied, straining to remember.

"Perhaps a banished male had a child?", Dodend shrugged.

(no problem)
"Possible... but then how would she know who I am? I'm known I suppose but my mind is too closed off for just anyone to get access."

"Could have been a banished male relative? Stranger things have happened.", Dodend knew exactly which strange things he meant. The change from small, fluffy, near harmless Twilighter to full-blown assassin in human skin that was Necro, the time he saw a dragon take the form of a human with the extra mass floating about, invisible to human eyes, above it's head in a giant bubble. Even that time where a barrier seperated souls from their bodies and let them walk freely. Hell if he went far enough back he was sure he'd remember a time when he saw a man eat his own head.

"Probably," Sandine replied, agreeing. She shook her head as if to dismiss and clear the thought. "In either case you're right. Stranger things have happened. Especially since the one saying it is the man with two werewolves for daughters."
