Drath tied the sickly looking mare to a fallen log and stretched his back, "We should reach the cabin before nightfall tomorrow." "Alright, then we'll camp here and set off again in the morning.", Dodend's feet thumped as they hit the ground and he rubbed Jules behind the ear, "See you in the morning fella, stay outta trouble.", with that Jules sauntered off to find some tasty grass.
Dodend smiled and lay his pack down, "Full moon tonight."

Sandine dismounted soundlessly. Her feet hardly impacted the ground. She patted the bay on the side of the neck and removed the bit from his mouth. The horse shook violently, trying to get the sweat from his coat even as she removed the saddle and spoke in soothing tones. "Shhh," she urged him. It wasn't long until the bay trotted off to go graze lazily near Jules.

"I'll set up the werewolf defenses then.", Drath mused, pulling a reel of silver wire and a bag of sensors from the mare's saddlebags before walking off to make a perimeter.
Dodend wrapped his arms round Sandine's waist and pulled her into a soft kiss, "Tired my love? It's been a long few days with that killjoy on the ride.", he nuzzled her hair affectionately.

Sandine nodded. Her body seemed to turn to putty in his arms as the touch of the kiss. She closed her eyes a little and leaned her head against him. She smelled of pine and foreign spices. "I never thought he'd quit, the way he carried on. Killjoy is an understatement."

Dodend smiled, "I'll get the tent up then, we can have an early night if you like.", he stroked her hair lovingly, "Or a late night, if you'd prefer.", he smirked coyly and gave Sandine a wink.
Drath set about collecting firewood while he set the protection system. It would fire silver wire at anything trying to get into the camp.

She shot him an equally mischievous, coy smile. "Ordinarily I would say a late one, but if we're fighting dragons..." The smallest of shudders ran down Sandine's spine. Her skin prickled. "Well I think we'll need all the rest we can get. Particularly if Drath continues to have us move so extensively."

"I doubt we'll be fighting any dragons for a few days yet, we're just meeting the tracker here, but I think we'll be resting in a proper bed tomorrow night.", Dodend smiled, "And Drath can kiss my ass if he thinks he's in charge."
He set up the tent and the sleeping bag in the shade of a tree and sat on the soft fur blanket by the front flap. The sun was close to setting in the distance and Drath was mercifully set up to sleep by the horses.

"Drath can kiss your ass anyway," she muttered. Sandine stretched for a while. Long hours of riding did nothing good for the body. The elven woman entered the tent. On her way in she gave Dodend a kiss on the neck and a playful tap on the cheek with a few fingers as if slapping him. "Come in when you want," she said. "I'll be waiting."

Dodend smiled as he entered the tent, pulling off his shirt and folding it up into his pack. He went into a side pouch and pulled out a vial of oil before turning to Sandine and placing a soft kiss on her cheek, "It's been a long ride, how about you let me rub the road from your muscles?", he kissed along her jaw slowly, "A bit of pampering never hurts."
Drath sat by the fire as the suns dipped below the horizon, taking the last of the daylight with them.

The smallest of sighs escaped her slightly parted lips. She closed her eyes halfway and relaxed at his touch;putty in his hands. "You pamper me far more than I deserve," she said with a coy smile. She tilted her head to the side a little to make his kissing easier. He would've insisted anyway.

"No no, you deserve all the pampering in the world my dear, and I intend to deliver that pampering as much as I can.", he nuzzled her neck softly, and gently nibbled her earlobe, "For the rest of my life, I'm going to spoil you." (with that the scary admin wummin offered a time skip option to her co-admin ) A solo twilighter call broke through the otherwise silent night as it serenaded the setting of the second sun, being joined by others until the night air had a gentle chorus floating through it.

As the morning hours crept by, Sandine finally began to stir. She lifted her head from Dodend's chest with a small yawn. She sat up and stretched a little, her raven hair falling in cascades around her face. She rubbed her eyes- which were slightly sunken for an elf and obviously showed her exhaustion- and went about the task of braiding the locks into a tamed state. She dressed shortly afterward back into battle and riding appropriate clothing and slipped out of the tent. She spared a sweeping glance, assessing the location of Drath and the general time of day.

Drath sat poking vitality into the cooking fire, a pot of coffee brewing over the heat in the settling light of post-dawn. He raised a glance in Sandine's direction, "Want coffee? You look tired.", a puff of cigarette smoke escaped from under his dark mask, hazing over the glowing blue lenses hiding his eyes. Every inch of him was covered in thick, dark fabrics, hiding his skin from the sun and the gentle breeze.
Dodend stirred slightly at the lack of Sandine's weight against his chest, stretching out in search of her sleek form. When he didn't find her he woke fully. The thick fur blankets slipped to his waist as he sat and ruffled his hair lightly, fluffing it into gentle spikes.

"Another time perhaps," Sandine responded sharply. She barely spared him a glance as she went about her stretching. First her legs, arms, and a twist of her back. Then a few kicks to the air to stretch her hips followed by toe touches and whatever else came to mind. She had to get the sleep out of her limbs. A tired killer was a dead one. Sleep dulled the senses. Then again she used to think the same of love.

Dodend stretched his way out the tent, the soft cotton of his sleep boxers the only scrap of clothing on his body as he basked in the morning sun. It glinted off the slight sheen of sweat on his chest, adding a golden glow to the light tan flesh. He tilted his head, flashing a cheeky grin Sandine's way, "Morning darling, sleep well?"
Drath quietly sipped on his coffee through a straw poking through his mask.
